How does it work?
First, we’ll quickly perform an initial review of your website and give you a FREE, no obligation basic report, highlighting the main issues.
We’ll then know how long the full website review will take and exactly how much it will cost. There are no nasty hidden extras.
Once we go ahead with the full evaluation, our review process is in 3 stages:
1. Initial analysis
We start by discussing your objectives with you – what do you, and your customers, really want from this site? What tasks would you like your visitors to undertake? Where do you (and your customers) feel the website is failing? If possible, we scrutinise actual visitor behaviour too.
2. Review
We then embark on an in-depth, thorough review of your website, informed by our findings from the first stage. We carefully present each significant issue we discover, explaining them to you in an easy-to-read, jargon-free way.
3. Recommendations
Finally, we’ll provide you with a set of short-term, easy-to-implement, cost-effective recommendations that, if implemented, will undoubtedly enhance your website, your customers’ experience, and ultimately your profits. Furthermore, we’ll also propose some long-term strategies that may require more significant work but which we feel will be invaluable to the optimum performance of your website over time.
How do I get my report?
We deliver our reports as a digital PDF file, optimised perfectly for printing. We can also deliver a printed version too – just ask. We’d also be delighted to present our findings in person too, although that will obviously cost a little extra.
Can you also carry out the work you recommend?
Although not compulsory, we’d be delighted to provide you with a quote for carrying out any, or all, of the recommendations we make.
How much and how long?
Time and cost can vary enormously, depending on the size and complexity of your website and the severity of existing problems. Previous website reviews have taken between 2-6 weeks and have cost between £300-£2000.
