We’re aware that commissioning a website can seem like a risky endeavour, especially with so many web agencies vying for your business. Those who don’t provide a guarantee seem to be saying that they’re not sure they’ll deliver what they promise. Ludicrous!

Well yes, actually there are some very basic, sensible conditions attached to our guarantee, which we’re happy to share upfront.
- If you call in your guarantee, all work and its copyright returns to us, and you may not use any of our work in any other projects elsewhere, online or otherwise.
- Our clients pay in small installments across the life of the project, as well as ‘sign-off’ each stage to confirm they’re happy with progress so far. We obviously can’t return payment on completed phases of a project once you’ve signed-off to say you’re happy with that phase.
