Res-Q are a young Hull-based company with a unique approach to delivering customer contact services. They’re experiencing huge growth with prestigious national clients.
When we first met up with Nic and Gill, we were bowled over by their fresh approach to staff development and customer service – we were obviously delighted when they chose us to design their new website!
Their previous site was tired, restrictive and out of date, with no way for non-technical people to add new content. They desperately needed a whole-site overhaul to properly reflect the company’s offering; demonstrate their unique culture and ethos; and shout about their achievments.

In close consultation with the team, we designed a clean, modern website with a corporate feel that is also fun and full of character. We implemented an easy-to-use content management system (CMS) allowing Res-Q to update the entire site at any time, without the need for fancy software or a degree in computer science.
Particularly, they were forward-thinking enough to understand the enormous importance of good quality web copywriting and photography, so invested a great deal in writing and imagery – we think it’s paid off in spades. We also engaged in dedicated search engine keyword research, in order to give the site the best start in search engine rankings.
We loved working with Nic, Gill and the Res-Q team on this website – they were quite honestly exemplary clients!
